Methionine is a non-polar essential amino acid. It is intended to replace additional methionine in feed for aquatic species. Soluble in water. It is used for enriching and balancing the diet of fish and for the production of fodder mixtures, premixes and animal feed supplements. Methionine as a feed additive for aquatic animal species does not pose a risk to the environment. Based on in vitro and in vivo studies with rainbow trout, carp, etc., it was concluded that the product, DL-methionine, is an effective source of the essential amino acid L-methionine for fish and crustaceans. Recommended dosage: 5-15 g
