NHDC Sweetener

Liquid NHDC (NeoHesperidin Dihydro Chalcone) is 1500-1800 times sweeter than sugar. Unlike traditional sweeteners, this product does not taste bitter. In addition to a very concentrated sweet taste, it enhances the taste of any type of sweet product during production. Since it is a liquid product, the dissolution time is very fast in this case. It is obtained from citrus fruits. The sweetening effect of N.H.D.C is felt by the carp with a delay of a few seconds. Its persistence after a few minutes in the mouth is one of its most interesting characteristics. Carp taste buds perceive it very positively. It remembers it and returns in priority according to the boilie containing the NHDC.
