CRUSHED TIGERNUTS

Premium, chopped sweet tiger nuts.

Everyone knows the appeal of these nuts, and the chopped form is perfect for inclusion in spod mixes or for use on its own. Chopped versions are usually eaten by carp with much more confidence because it is known that by feeding whole tigernuts, they digest the tigernut and expel it crushed. You end up with crushed tigernuts all over the place, as the carp that have been feeding on your bait excrete them elsewhere. For this reason, crushed tiger nuts are a great alternative to using whole tiger nuts, and when crushed, the carp will feed in the area for much longer as they try to find every little morsel of crushed creamy sweet tiger nuts… It’s simply safer for them.

Preparation – Soak for 24 hours and cook for 30 minutes. Leave in a bucket to cool. It can be used immediately or left to ferment a little.
