Black tigers are characterized by a higher fat content than conventional tiger nuts. Black tiger nuts are super sweet, rich in salts, sugars, oils, vitamins and energy they are also higher in oil than conventional tiger nuts. These are starting to become very popular.

Preparation:
Soak tiger nuts in water for 24 hours, then boil for at least 1 hour. Let the cooked tiger nuts soak in the cooking water, then they are ready to use!
Tip:
Add a flavored liquid of your choice after cooking for an extra attraction.
