Rennet Casein is a source of essential amino acids and calcium. It is considered a highly nutritious and functional protein with a high protein content that enhances the well-being and attractiveness of any bait used. This high quality Rennet Casein, produced for human consumption, is ideal for use in all premium cooking recipes, as well as an ingredient in hookbait recipes. Rennet is recommended for use in combination with Acid Casein as a 50/50 blend of the two ingredients provides a more complete amino acid profile to the finished bait. Rennet Casein is 90 mesh and will allow the finished bait to retain a semi-soft, moist center.
Usage: 5-20% in the mix, depending on other ingredients used.
